Manji Fire supplies premium charcoal briquettes, firelighters and related products throughout South Africa.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraudulent activity.
  1. Pricing
  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery charges are calculated separately during checkout.
  1. Payment

We accept secure online payments via our approved payment gateway.

Products remain the property of Manji Fire until payment has been received in full.

  1. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Due to manufacturing batches and photography, colours and packaging may vary slightly.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Manji Fire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and according to applicable fire safety regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery: 

  • Gauteng: 1–3 business days
  • Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Regional or remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Product and size of order will influence delivery. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight
  • Quantity ordered

Large Wholesale orders to be quoted separately

 

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • The delivery address and contact number are correct.

Additional delivery charges may apply if incorrect information is supplied.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photographs immediately.
  2. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Email your order number and photographs to our customer support.

 

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided:

  • the products are unused;
  • remain in their original packaging;
  • are in a resaleable condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • damaged goods;
  • defective goods;
  • incorrect items,

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of:

  • opened or partially used firelighters;
  • opened briquette bags;
  • products damaged through misuse;
  • products exposed to moisture after delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned goods have been inspected.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, the normal Returns Policy applies.

 

Fire Safety Disclaimer

Fire products should always be used responsibly.

Manji Fire products are intended for outdoor cooking and approved heating applications.

Always:

  • Keep away from children.
  • Never leave a fire unattended.
  • Do not use petrol, paraffin or other accelerants.
  • Follow local fire regulations.
  • Store products in a cool, dry place.

Manji Fire accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper use of its products.
